No I don't I'm wondering if it's something HP installed on here when I
bought it?
I thought Sonic dvd player might not be user friendly with jaws and as for
the other win-video don't need that for anything I can think of...But I
think this is a dual function for protecting of this software some sort of
shield manager. When it first popped up I thought it had more to do with Add
Shield for IE.
Now this is one of them incidences where that Narrator could come in handy
since even though jaws reads some of this dialogue box it's not all
inclusive even when routing jaws cursor..

I have never heard of any those programs. Do you use them?

I need to know if I should allow this install process that pops up
periodically in my system's tray to install update shield manager for one of
three choices...
Sonic Player
Win video
shield manager

Can anyone advise please?

I have a HP Pavillion desktop running XP Pro with service pack 2 and jaws
7.1

Thanks,

Hailley
