Hi Lisa, Seriously it is an ongoing problem with our server..I have turned it on/off so many times now it's off for good for this exact problem..Once all those are in the bulk folder you have to check them and move them to your inbox if you want to keep them that is.. I personally think it's a big joke it sure doesn't do as it's intended not really and then becomes up to you to go and filter it out yourself. However you might consider creating one of them fake email addresses I haven't bothered with that myself, but I do have spam and a lot of it everyday and I block and delete and have even went through all the process on the site to block address but they still come so..I just delete delete delete...grins
