I know that they want to prevent people from circulating "cracked" copies.

Plus, Freedom Scientific always must have the upper hand.

Technically, I know that the activation keys cannot be copied because when I
purchased my new computer, I had to run JAWS in demo mode until I was able
to contact technical support.
