Hi Hailley,

The time marker you set will always be there, until you delete the time 
marker, or move the file, or alter it in any way, although I'm not entirely 
sure that the alteration thing is all that accurate, since I've never done 
it in a file that had a time marker, but I do know that moving the file 
loses all the time markers.

The hotkey to remove the time markers is ctrl+shift+M.

This will bring up the time marker dialog box, and it asks you to select the 
time marker to delete, or if you arrow down to the bottom of the list, 
there's an option to remove all time markers from the current track.

Once highlighted, just hit enter and the time marker will be removed.
