Good evening I'm using Win XP, JAWS 7.1 and outlook 2000. When I'm in my inbox and using the down cursor to go through my mail sometimes JAWS says "from, subject received" before it reads who the message is from and other times it doesn't I prefer it doesn't as it's much quicker to browse the mail without hearing this before each message. Why does it do this sporadically? How can I eliminate it all together?
