I have found in the past that this can be caused by 1 or 2issues, lack of system resources, and display settings. or a combination. Try this: 1. run complete maintenance on the system, including anti-virus, anti spy,and anti-adware scans. If any problems are found, then deal with them accordingly. 2. Try using Jaws and Outlook Express, with no other applications open. 3. If the above items don't seem to make a difference, then try unloading Jaws, and then re-loading it with your hotkey. Let us know the results, and maybe we can come up with a solution. Are you sure you don't have a keystroke logger or spyware on your PC?
