Sorry, it is 3.4.10. Nothing in event log. That is the first place I looked. Jrfs is on 5001. I will check on the anti-virus and try changing port#'s.

What port number is jRFS running on? You could try changing the port number and see if that makes any difference.

AV software can sometimes interfere with processes that are legit.

Btw, jBASE 3.1 is NOT the most current release, 3.4.10 is.
