Did some more checkin. It seems all the XP pro sites work fine. The
problem sites are all Win 7 32 bit pro. I realize Win 7 is not supported
on this platform, but everything else works fine with it The only
service that stops is Jrfs. The telnet, license services have no issues.
Sorry, it is 3.4.10. Nothing in event log. That is the first place I
looked. Jrfs is on 5001. I will check on the anti-virus and try changing
port#'s.

Do the Windows Event logs report anything related to this?
What port number is jRFS running on? You could try changing the port
number and see if that makes any difference.
AV software can sometimes interfere with processes that are legit.
Btw, jBASE 3.1 is NOT the most current release, 3.4.10 is.

Hi All:
Has anyone run into an issue with Jrfs service just stopping every
few days or so? This is on Jbase 3.1.x (most current release of
3.x). Seems to be mostly on Win 7 32-bit machines, but can occur
on XP too. I have it running at 20 or so customers and have the
issue at 3-4.
