I have a system that will not printer to form queue 1. If I do SP-STATUS, it says for this form queue, "COUNTER PROG lpr -Pcounter I/O ERROR 12 (jobs) 0 (skip). What is the best way to resolve this? I was thinking powering off the printer and then restart the spooler, or just restart the spooler. I do not know how to restart the spooler though. Any suggestions are welcome.
