I tried sending the /etc/hosts to the printer and it worked fine. I could
not find any errors in the log that indicated anything weird. I rebooted
the server and got the same error. It was working until a few days ago
when they had a power fluctuation. Any more suggestions? Maybe delete and
re-add the form queue?
