I wrote for internal purpose a servlet container, that is better behave than
sun. e.g it report EOF based on content length. it tooks me 3 weeks and is
based on Java in Nutshell example.
I guess to support also JSP it should take an extra month at most (as it
should support context on variuos levels like EJB).
