|I think I have found what was my problem.
|
|As I am trying to set the RemoteContainer reference in a serializable
|structure *directly* on the server i.e. without using the RMI sub-system, I
|need to explicitely get the stub before playing with the reference i.e.
|store the result of "java.rmi.server.RemoteObject.toStub(ci)" in my
|structure and not directly "ci".
... we do set the ci on the proxy we pass back and that works just fine.
For example the JRMPContainerInvoker getEJBHome etc shows that we set the
bare ci on the object we will send out.
