I think you can _read_ a config file as a classloader resource.  My
understanding is that the requestors want to be able to do things like set
up the filesystem and files for e.g. the jbossmq message storage, and
hsqldb db file.  Although not thrilled, I do think it's better than setting
this stuff up in the jboss build script... I guess that means now _I_ have
to set it up to show it really works.
