A package in debian needs to be able to build with software in debian.  Since
planet57 does not exist in debian, I'm making a deb of it.

This way, debian/control can contain a Build-Depends on
planet57-buildmagic.deb.  This is the automated building I told about.

Additionally, having it all available as a deb, and only using free software,
allows it to go into debian main, which allows for more wide distribution,
then if it were to go into contrib or non-free.
