It would be nice if discussions about JBoss 4.0 architecture would move from your internal mailing list to the public -dev mailing list. Maybe then we can get it and also give useful input. JBoss 4.0 is like a black box now. Show us what you are doing. Kudos for Bill of course for sharing, but more info would be nice.
