We are talking about jBoss 1.0 yes?
You make them at once or over time?
in case at once.. it makes sense (we don't cap the pools in 1.0 just
reuse) over time then it is more strange as I haven't seen it.
Try making your heap bigger as well and see if the pool cap works (we
should put that in anyway...)
