AFAIK (might have changed in 2.0) for 1.1 the java:comp/env/ is only for
beans visibility on the naming space. The clients have a direct
relationship with name quux-/quux.
/quux would not be an option, but java:comp/env/ejb/quux or
java:comp/env/quux would be. That being for target beans, not clients. The
client visibility is defined
