Uhm.. ok... so, one can both commit-option and db-shared flags, but if
db-shared is included then it overrides commit-option?! That will be
confusing I think.
Why not add "db-is-shared" as an alias for "C" and "db-is-not-shared" as
an alias for "A" in commit-option? I think that would be easier to
understand.
