|own license. JBoss being LGPL'ed, most companies would shy away from
|trying to bundle it - although that is permissable (theoretically - but
|I'm Not a Lawyer) to use it like a library.

The LGPL is EXPLICIT about *allowing* the reuse of the binary code under ANY
license.
So don't go spreading lies... it is meant so that people CAN bundle our
stuff and WebGain does (we wish they would have told us too)
