Hello, I examined every line in the server.log of JBoss AS after deployig the jboss-portal.sar and found an AspectJ problem.
So I added the aspectj-*.jar to the default/lib directory, and voila, it works now. So I wonder that the JBoss portal installation fails and does not give any help which jars are missing! But anyway, it works now, thanks guys!
