Many of you will have seen that both Forte (Sun/NetBeans) and Borland
(Inprise) have released "community" freely available editions. (Note that
these are not Open Source, though). See

Is there any interest in integrating JDE and Emacs/XEmacs with either of
these? This would give the editing power of Emacs / XEmacs with the
"graphical" / "code editing" mode switching of these RAD tools. What do
people think?
