This fact - in conjunction with the 1998 lapse of J.D. Edward's USPTO
trademark registration, and the lack of any action from J.D. Edwards
regarding my use of JDE during the past four years - provides compelling
prima facie evidence that my use of JDE has not, in fact, created any
confusion or harm to J.D. Edwards.
