Because currently if I unplug my internet cable, my client detect
connectut after several minutes, and I'd like it to detect it faster.

Of course not, but this timout really depends on the application you do.
I understand that in some cases it's good to have longer timeouts.
If so, you would know why these values are wrong and what to put there,
which you seem not know.
