webrev is the most forked piece of software in history.  Naturally I have
my own... But today there is a canonical one:
http://hg.openjdk.java.net/code-tools/webrev/file/3ecf0f883475/webrev.ksh
webrev tries to show diffs against some reference revision.  Here it seems
to think the reference revision is "0".
