1. Typesafe queries for JDOQL - discussion.

Michael continues to work on using the new query interface within the
tck. Should we add MeetingRoom to the annotated classes? Ok to check
in these classes, since they don't affect anything else.
Main issues with the proposed typesafe query are still the big
differences in handling the parameter binding, binding the query
instance to the persistence manager, and handling the result class via
template.
2. Failure in jdo-api test on Win 7
Michelle is still having issues with running the jdo-api project;
running linux under virtual box; runs the tck with a few failures
(slower by a factor of three compared to earlier).
