Ok, hearing nothing against - let's change the JIRA email notifications to go to jena-dev@ and see how it goes. Replies to JIRA messages are already set to go to jena-...@.

How is this done? There isn't a project page option: it says
nothing about where email goes to.

Do I need to raise a JIRA on Infra to make the change?

I think most developers will join the @dev list to follow what new

Sometimes projects direct everything to dev, sometimes they send SVN

project to decide.

I don't have a strong feeling about this, what do others think? Folks
agree with Henry?

I'd tend to have JIRA notifications on @jena-dev and commits on
@jena-commit
