JEbC and JOCbC are both Jenkins + a bunch of plugins. Thanks for the suggestion about "Acme FooBar powered by Jenkins." That one squarely falls under the nominative use, so I believe it is indeed safe. But in this case that is not the name the company wants, so I'm not pushing for that one here.
