It just occured to me that none of the three plugins dealing with SFTP, SCP, or SSH that I am aware of offer file retrieval functionality. My question would be whether or not this functionality should be added to an existing plugin. In fact, it seems this has already been discussed in relation to the Publish Over SSH plugin: https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-16035 I am not saying that it should, just that it is worth discussing.
