Personally I think that the two have different use cases so not sure it
would be useful to join the two together? (i.e. one is publishing files out
after a build and the other one is getting files - which perhaps should act
as a SCM plugin and a Build Step -- the latter I assume is what is
happening in the sftp-get-ssh plugin?)
