Hello, Can I also insert my 5 cents(although I'm not a Jenkins contributor/committer). Idea with collapsable/expandable sections is great alone with floating list. But a lot of lines/margins break down jenkins minimalism, which I consider as a huge plus. So, something between current TC UI and current Jenkins design(with collapsable sections/floating bar) would be good, IMHO.
