I thought the project already had a style guide; one has already been 
published for the project, anyway.  The following appears in the 
"contributing" wiki page, originally authored March 2011 with latest 
revision in August 2015.  This page can be reached by following links from 
the Jenkins homepage.

"In the core, we try to loosely follow the Oracle Java Code Conventions."[1]

Is this not (or no longer) accurate?  If not, this verbiage is misleading 
and should be changed.
