Hi Daniel, Do you plan to implement this data collection in the core directly or in a plugin? In any case, it looks like a good opportunity to for us to get some data, so +1 for implementing the engine.
Obviously, we need to review conflicts with JEP-308 <https://github.com/jenkinsci/jep/blob/master/jep/308/README.adoc> (Telemetry API for evergreen) so that the proposals do not conflict with each other.
