Honestly I have no feedback about the plan. Seems reasonable to me.

As usual I have concerns with you taking on even more responsibilities, but
lacking any other volunteers, especially since I know I'm so bad at numbers
and money I shouldn't be treasurer, I don't see any other option than you
taking the slot, but absolutely would love volunteers.
