I saw the same situation.
I have two different version of Jenkins, ver 1.538 and ver 1.542, and now both Jenkins are in the same problem.
(These Jenkins were fine at the end of last year…)
Both Jenkins are up for 1 or 2 month.
I wonder this is because Jetty's behavior.
