At the moment P4Java at the top level API does not support the -m flag. It is possible to drop down a level to the exec map functions. To make the change I would need to add server protection code (to check the P4D version).
There is a chance I could make the change this week; it would be great if you could test the changes. If you want to have a go yourself I would be happy to help set you up with a dev environment.
