Description:

Right now I was trying to get the workflow plugin to checkout a git repository on a windows slave and it simply times out.
Things that do work:
1) I can remote into the box and run "git clone" successfully
2) from the node console I can run "git clone"
3) from a traditional jenkins task I can add the repository and it runs successfully
Not sure if it means anything, but running a `sh` command hangs the same way.
