Sounds reasonable.
But at this point, we have a tiny security system available
that just provides nothing more than a UserList.
So - for the first phase -
we just would like to switch the UserManagement 
to this sole thing - and thats it.

So although this would not be a 'professional'
solution: what classes would we have to write/override ?

services.UserManagement.classname=  ... TurbineUserManagement?
and
services.JetspeedSecurity.user.class= ... BaseJetspeedUser
