We also need to have a BCEL license shipped with the war for the activation
jar.  Also, if possible, we could have the group/role issues resolved with
the LDAP and no security implementations.

I don't so, we'll just tag with 1.5.1 unless some major features has 
alredy been committed to the HEAD, but
