Sounds great to me! I'll be spending my time this week making sure I
know how Jetspeed 2 security is wired together and tinkering with a few

Will do. I have just begun to think about it. I intend to think about 
the approach until I've got my head around it. I should have some of 
this work done by the end of this week. Then I'll propose a design that 
we can all talk about. Does that sound like a reasonable idea? I have 
not done open source development.  However, I've been doing XP and other 
sorts of collaborative development for many years.
