Hi Maury,

Can we get a stack trace pretty please ;)  I'll take a look at it when I get a free 
moment.

I haven't had this problem before and I stop and restart a fair amount myself when the 
java 1.4.1 hot class reloading fails.  However, I do not use the manager app.
