By the Edit page section, I'm talking about the area of the portal that allows you to change the theme, portlet theme, and layout of the page. It has a mini-title called Jetspeed Page Editor. This section is generated by dojo when you click the pencil button which (in tigris) is next to the add portlet button when viewing the portal via desktop.

When you edit a page to add more portlets, then another portlets appear to help you adding/removing/arranging the portlets on the page. If you want to change the "+" plus for exmaple: decorations/layout/tigris/images/desktop/addportlet.gif Is this what you mean ?
