I don't think jetspeed is officially supported on Oracle, You can find a list of suuported platforms on the wiki http://wiki.apache.org/portals/Jetspeed2#head-3de7ae09eb9221c29e382b95a916b25d275bf4ee
However, this doesn't necessary mean that it won't work on Oracle Server, it only indicates that the jetspeed team didn't recieve a report showing a full successful deployment on Oracle.
