Now i think oracle application server, is based on weblogic server.
ASFIK lot of people are running
jetspeed successfully on weblogic.
I am sorry, but i don't agree with you that Jetspeed is hard to run on
other platform than tomcat.
Lot of people use jetspeed on websphere too.

However, this doesn't necessary mean that it won't work on Oracle
Server, it only indicates that the jetspeed team didn't recieve a report
showing a full successful deployment on Oracle.
