I did a little more investigation.  My build was bad.  I think I had the
configurations
correct though. Thanks for the web.xml file. I actually got that one
correct.
  
I am having a problem getting the cvs to work on NT.  So I telnet'ed
into my Linux box at work, 
"cvs'ed", tar'ed, and ftp'ed the source to my box at home.  I had to do
a little configuration
on the build.cmd file,  but I built yesterdays sources with no problems. 

The ant build environment is preety cool.

I just want to substitute Jikes for javac.jar.  Jikes is very, very fast
and so far I have had good
success with it.  There are versions for Linux and NT.
