I've just had a look at the install docs and found :

| Add ./bin/Jetspeed.jar to your classpath. This contains all classes
| from Jetspeed. You will also need to add required libraries to your
| classpath. Everything you need should be under ./lib.

Is that really your recommended setup ? I would have imagined that
most/all of Turbine/Jetspeed/Cocoon would be found under the servlet
directory rather than the static classpath. Do you have reasons to
avoid dynamic reloading of these classes ?

| Add the property "properties" to point to the Jetspeed the file
| "./src/config/TurbineResources.properties" that ships with the
| Jetspeed distribution. This can be done by setting an init parameter
| in your Servlet Engine (under Jakarta this is defined in WEB-INF/web.xml).

I'va not yet downloaded the latest Jetspeed CVS but I suppose the called
servlet is still Turbine this may be mentioned somewhere in the
documentation :)

I'll post on the list the setup procedure for NT/Jrun as soon as I have some
time and the issue of classpath vs servletpath is decided.
