James,

I am quite happy to construct the idiot guide, as soon as I am able get hold
of the most up to date build, i.e. once I figure out how to get them out of
the repository.

I saw a post earlier from Raphael Luta who might write on JRUN. Do we have
anyone writing installation for the jswdk? Or even on sun's reference
implementation of j2ee, which should in principle be more interactive?

Atish,

Sounds like a good start to an Idiots guide for installing. Have you
written
documentation before, it looks and sounds like you are really good at it. I
know the first time I installed it (last week) I was a little baffled.
Maybe
you should write one and hand it to Kevin for inclusion? I could be the
idiot
to test it out for you.
