Works now

JSP (and any dynamic content) will work much better in 1.2. This is
because URLs will go through the webserver instead of the filesystem.
Thinking back this was a dumb design decision on my part :(

This will also be available in 1.2. We will give out a
Tomcat/Hypersonic SQL download. It will run right out of the box just
by running a script. This is probably *exactly* what you want :)
