I can't wait for the ref implementation.
Can you construct it in such a way that the different components (tomcat,
hypersonic, jetspeed) can be easily upgraded individually? E.g. jetspeed in
WAR format would be nice. At the very least, don't put jetspeed in the ROOT,
or examples web applications please.
