War Installation

I do have a strange point during the installation of 1.3ac1 war : when I use
http://localhost:8080/jetspeed all works correctly (except for DNS entry not
found sites) but when I use http://localhost/jetspeed, all seems to be break
!

Did I miss something during the configuration of the link between apache and
jetspeed ?? I just follow the standard way of installation !
