Leslie - I'm heading over to Texas this weekend. Will be in Sugarland, outside of Houston, for soccer games with Andrew (age 10). We'll be leaving Friday afternoon and returning Sunday night. We won't have a chance to do much, since they're playing two games on Saturday and two on Sunday - we'll mostly be out on the soccer field.
Anyway, its still steamy & hot here in New Orleans, but I hear the cooler weather is coming. We're bringing cold weather gear for the games - just hoping it doesn't rain... Lord knows if it does the games will just go on in a monsoon...
